Shipping & Delivery
Handling time: We pack orders by hand in Melbourne and dispatch within 0–1 business days. Transit time varies by location — see options below.
Shipping options (Australia) Standard (tracked, 2–10 working days): $9.95 AUD. Free on orders over $80.00. Express (tracked, 2–6 working days): $15.00 AUD.
Shipping options (New Zealand) Standard International (tracked, 2–10 working days): $14.95 AUD. Free on orders over $80.00. Express International (tracked, 2–6 working days): $30.00 AUD.
Carriers & tracking All orders are shipped via Australia Post with end-to-end tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at auspost.com.au or via the link in your shipping confirmation email. Need it sooner? Express shipping delivers in 2–6 working days for both Australia and New Zealand. Total delivery times (processing + shipping) are typically 2–10 working days depending on location and shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates; remote and regional areas may take a little longer. International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance.
Missing or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
