Items must be in original packaging (gift box/pouch/care card), with proof of purchase.

  • We’ll email packing and address instructions once your request is approved.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item

You’re protected by Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

  • Return label / postage: We cover reasonable return postage (or provide a label).
  • Email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number and clear photos.

How to start a return

Email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number, reason, and photos (if faulty). We approve eligible returns and send mailing instructions. A download and print return label will be emailed to you upon approval. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the return. Banks/cards may take extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging (gift box/pouch/care card) with proof of purchase. To request an exchange, email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchange postage is is free (prepaid label provided).
