Eligibility

Items must be in original packaging (gift box/pouch/care card), with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

  • Original shipping fees aren't refunded.
  • We'll email packing and address instructions once your request is approved.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item

You're protected by Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

  • Return label / postage: We cover reasonable return postage (or provide a label).
  • If the entire order is refunded due to our fault, we also refund the original shipping paid.
  • Email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number and clear photos.

How to start a return

Email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number, reason, and photos (if faulty). We approve eligible returns and send mailing instructions.

Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. Banks/cards may take extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging (gift box/pouch/care card) with proof of purchase. To request an exchange, email hello@jewelradiance.store with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchange postage is the customer's responsibility.
